The Unicon 16 Crew

The crew of Unicon16 consists of a handful of people who have to goal to organize a unique unicycle event.

At this time, the persons mentioned further down are working on the event. We would like anyone who wants to help organizing offer the opportunity to do so. There are many possibilites to get involved, ranging from single competitions to workshops and fun events there is a large spectrum where ideas can be realized.

Willi Ploner,
Since 2008 the idea of Unicon16 is haunting his head and he hasn’t let go of it ever since. Everything has to be thought trough until the very last detail, which is why David calls him “Mister 100%”. Many things have been planned already, though the list of things to do is still long.

David Weichenberger
Being called “the Vulcano”, he comes up with new ideas, dreams and wishes that have to be realized all the time. His idea is to make everyone part of Unicon16, making each participant an organizer or volunteer. Unicon16 will be an event with fun events, workshops that the unicycle world hasn’t seen yet.

Rosmarie Ploner
The heart and the power that keeps everything together. Her heart makes Unicon16 a warm and comfortable place already. If Unicon16 is going to be a like a big family reunion, it will be thanks to her.

Lisa Ploner
Being the youngest in the team, Lisa has a great sense for children, teenagers and their needs.

Diego Farina
Our born-and-bread Italien – pizza, spagetti, and gelati. Having him in the team assures the Italian flair of the event.

Werner Zanotti,
Being the tourism expert in the team, he is going to show us all the beauty of Brixen and will assure an enjoyable time in the area.
