
Event Instructions: Flatland
Spectators:
Flatland is an exciting discipline where riders show their best and most creative tricks. During qualification riders perform alone, and compete 1 vs 1 in Final battles. The competition will be run on flat ground, and any type of unicycle is allowed. In Battles the riders compete in a knockout system against each other - trick for trick and try to beat each (as in dance battles). The audience is close to the riders and are called for to ensure the right mood. Anyone who loves high-caliber tricks is in the right place!Competitors:
The Flatland contest will be held at the Ice-Hall at Location T1.There are two age groups (0-14 and 15 +) available for male and one for female participants. The older riders (aged 15 +) start first. Exact start times are posted on the Message Board at the beginning of Unicon16
Qualifying:
In the qualifying round each rider can show his skills for one minute and is then evaluated by the jury. The top 8 riders go for finals.Finals:
In the middle of a large circle of spectators two riders do battle against each other. Riders play for all or nothing to find the winner.
Protection:
No protective clothing required in Flatland.We do highly recommend all participants to wear a helmet.
Unicon16 rules:
During qualifying, each competitor has 60 seconds to ride.Limit per country: 20 riders

Event Instructions: Street Comp
Spectators:
In Street a variety of tricks are done on ramps, stairs, handrails, etc. Any obstacles that you could see on the street. The audience can expect spectacular and breathtaking jumps and tricks.Competitors:
There are two age groups (0-14 and 15 +) available for male and one for female competitors. The older riders (aged 15 +) each start first. The exact start times will be posted on the Info-Wall at the beginning of Unicon16.Street will take place at the Skate park Z1-Z3; there are three zones with different obstacles provided.
Zone 1: Grind
Zone 2: Manual pads
Zone 3: Stair sets
Practice:
You can practice on the obstacles the days before the competition.Opening times of the skate park: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 15 to 19 clock
